You will be greeted in a warm relaxed genuine manner. The Villa is owned and managed by english speaking Australian born Ante "Tony" Nazor, who sold up in his country of birth to accomplish his dreams. Since his transition to Croatia, he has started to bulid himself a reputation for his cricket skills. Cricket is a fast growing sport in Croatia.
Podstrana is a town located southwest of Split. The economy is based on farming and tourism. Podstrana is located on the main road (M2,E65).
Podstrana features diverse remains dating back from Roman Times, most likely the ancient Pituntium. There are two small churches of St George dating back to the early Middle Ages.
Podstrana and The Riviera offer an ideal place for total body, mind and soul relaxation. Surround yourself in the ambience of old Mediterranean houses and untouched nature,breathtaking mountains, lush vegitation, beautiful beaches and hospitable people.

The coat of arms of Podstrana is azure a fluer de lis argent gorged with a crown or. The crown is of early Croatian style and presumably should represent Duke Mislav (835-845). In 839 Mislav signed a peace treaty with Venice in Podstrana, after an unsuccessful attack by the Venetians to the Eastern Adriatic Coast.
